Freedom's Train
Cello Quartet concerto commissioned by Dr. Antoine Clark and premiered by the Worthington Chamber Orchestra with Ucelli: The Columbus Quartet on February 4, 2024 at the Worthington United Methodist Church in Worthington, Ohio as part of the Woven Tapestries: American Stories of Hope concert series.

A Prayer for Love
Commissioned by Chamber Music Columbus in celebration of the organization's 75th season. The setting of Harlem Renaissance poets Claude McKay's A Prayer for soprano, Dr. Louise Toppin, and the Cavani String Quartet was premiered in January of 2023 at the Southern Theatre in Columbus, Ohio.

2019        

400: An Afrikan Epic
Historic 12-album cycle that tells the story of Afrika and its diaspora from pre-colonial Afrikan history to 400 years into the future. The cycle’s release on January 23, 2019 officially marks Dr. Lomax as the first indpendent artist to release 12 albums on a single day.  The work is composed for seven ensembles and supported, in part, by an artist residency at the Wexner Center for the Arts during the 2018-2019 season.

A weekly lecture and solo performance by Dr. Lomax, broadcast via YouTube (www.youtube.com/cfgmultimedia) during the COVID-19 pandemic covering various topics related to cymatics, politics, spirituality, Afrikan and Afrikan American history and culture, #BlackLivesMatter and the artists’ role in the context of crisis.
